The stainless steel housing is very robust and can withstand extreme mechanical stress and aggressive media. The protected, dirt-repellent design with no gaps or edges allows it to be used in food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging of building materials as the force gauge is easy to clean and liquids roll off.
