X120
X120 adhesive is no longer available.
X120 is an adhesive designed for the installation of optical fibers, especially OptiMet PKF. The adhesive is quick and easy to use.
To apply the adhesive, attach the mixing nozzle to the 1-X120 two-component cartridge and insert it into the applicator. Two mixing nozzles are supplied with the adhesive.
The curing time of the applied adhesive depends on the ambient temperature.
Shelf life
We recommend storing the filling at a temperature between +15 °C and +25 °C. Higher temperatures reduce the service life. The maximum storage time is 12 months.
The application range is from -55 °C to +120 °C.

Applicator
Before use, you need to assemble the applicator, which comes in two parts, then insert the cartridge containing the adhesive and attach the mixing nozzle.
Insert the plunger that pushes the glue from the mixing nozzle into the holder. To do this, press the locking lever upwards at the end as shown in the illustration.

Mixing nozzle
The mixing nozzle must be replaced with a new one depending on the processing time of the adhesive (approx. 2 - 4 hours).
We recommend that you do not use the first 10 cm of the adhesive mixture from the dispensing nozzle; only after it has been squeezed out will the mixture be optimal.
2 mixing nozzles are included in the scope of delivery of the X120 adhesive package. Additional pieces can be ordered separately. Ordering code: 1-Mixing-Nozzle; 12 mixing nozzles per pack.
