RTN/M weighing module
RTN/M: Weighing module for RTN force gauges with ranges from 1t to 33t
The RTN weighing module is designed to be easy to assemble, reducing assembly time and cost. The module provides all the features required for process measurement and gravimetric level measurement applications and is equipped with a rubber-metal bearing or pendulum bearing.
Depending on the application, there are two different variants for load introduction: rubber and metal bearings RTN/M2(L)A are available for balancing horizontal movements and RTN/M2(L) pendulum bearingsB are designed to achieve maximum accuracy at very low loads.
All RTN weighing modules are supplied with a dummy force gauge as they are often used in harsh industrial environments that can damage the extremely accurate sensor. This allows users to use the dummy cell for positioning and replace it with the actual weighing transducer when the system is in operation.
The basic RTN configuration includes an integrated anti-lift device and integrated horizontal stops. An optional push rod is also available from HBM. All HBM modules have been designed for legal commercial applications and meet the requirements of WELMEC 2.4 (European Cooperation in Legal Metrology).
