U9C - miniature tension/pressure transducer up to 50kN
The compact, cost-effective U9C Series is designed for tensile and compressive force measurement in applications where mounting space is limited.
The miniature sensor is predestined for static and dynamic applications. Due to the high natural frequency of the sensor, it can also be used for dynamic force measurements. Its welded stainless steel construction makes the U9C force transducer highly durable. Ideal for force and path/displacement dependence measurements in combination with path sensors.

U9C force gauges with IO-Link
IO-Link technology enables fast measurement while reducing costs through easy integration. An overview of the digital functions can be found below:
- Output signal - Digital signal according to IO-Link smart sensor profile
- Filter - Bessel and Butterworth filter. Cut-off frequency from 0.001 to 1000 Hz, which can be specified numerically.
- Linearization - Possibility to specify individual points (up to 21) or coefficients of cubic or quadratic equations.
- Statistics - Maximum, minimum, peak-to-peak, mean, etc.
- Limit switch - Two limit switches.
- Digital switching output - One permanently available, the other when data transfer is switched off (SIO mode)
- Units - Force signals are normally transmitted in newtons. Other units can be used as output signals.
