U93 - miniature rugged force/pressure transducer up to 50kN

The U93 force sensor is no longer available. The sensor has been replaced by a new version of the sensor with the designation U93Awhich is a direct replacement.

The U93 force transducer is designed to monitor force in relation to another measured variable in production. The U93 force sensor has been specifically developed for use in production lines - so they should be the first choice for monitoring changes in the force/stroke curve, when press fitting, bending, riveting or crimping. The ideal solution for real-time quality control of pressed joints.

Due to its compact design and easy mounting with flanges on both sides, the U93 force transducer can be easily integrated even in production lines that offer very little space. In addition, the sensor is equipped with a cable suitable for use in drag chains.

U93 offers even more advantages for process control applications, such as high durability, low deformation under load and insensitivity to lateral forces. The sensor material is stainless steel.

The TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet) is already integrated into the U93. This means: Transducer parameter settings such as range, units, serial number... are set automatically and can be used to record measurements and monitor production. The time and cost to set up the process control are thus minimized. Ideal for measuring force and path/displacement dependence in combination with path sensors - also applicable for measuring fast processes.

Combined with the MP85A FASTpress industrial amplifier and the FASTpress Suite software, the U93 force sensor is the ideal link in the measurement chain for controlling production processes. The HBM components are optimally matched and therefore ensure increased safety, reliability and quality documentation of your production.
