Tacho force transducer U10F: capacities from 50 kN to 1.25 MN
Like the proven U10M and C10 transducers, the low-profile U10F series force transducers in particular use a shear force measurement principle that allows them to achieve the same excellent accuracy and low drift as their sister models. This makes the U10F force transducers suitable for obtaining fast, dynamic force trends as well as static forces.
The sensors are hermetically welded and made of stainless steel. Flanged joints on both sides allow for installation, which greatly simplifies the process compared to center threaded sensors. For this purpose, HBK offers screw sets with a corrosion protection coating. The coating also ensures an even and low coefficient of friction, so no lubrication or greasing of the screws is required.
Various practical configurations allow the U10F, like its sister models, the U10M and C10, to be flexibly adapted to the measuring task.
