U10 (U10M, U10S) - Strain/pressure sensor up to 2.5MN

The rotationally symmetrical, low-profile U10 force transducer has a versatile application, focusing on applications on test benches, in material testing machines and demanding production tasks associated with highly cyclical loading.

The U10 is a precision static and dynamic tensile and compressive force transducer designed primarily for test and test equipment and demanding production tasks.

Designed for test equipment:

• Minimal deviation of linearity and hysteresis, very good repeatability of measurements
• TC₀ 150 ppm/10 K or 75 ppm/10 K at 200 % range calibration
• Measuring range 0 ... 1.25kN to 2.5 MN in accordance with the specified accuracy requirements
• Reliability of measurement results even under stressed conditions (e.g. temperature effects, parasitic mechanical loads)
• Made of stainless steel, IP68 protection rating (K-xx version with custom cable)
• Bending moment compensation due to built-in compensation (bending moment resulting from parasitic loads, for example) does not affect the measurement result
• Suitable for fatigue testing - up to 200 % nominal force between load peaks
