TOP Reference Transmission Strength Converter: Transmission Standards for Comparative Measurements

TOP Transfer sensors measure tensile and compressive forces up to 500 kN and provide accuracy close to the physical limit. They can be used in international inter-laboratory comparisons, top-level comparative measurements and exceptionally accurate test equipment.

HBM experts take special Z30A and Z4A series sensors from current production and subject them to extensive testing to ensure the high quality of the TOP Transfer series. Only sensors that meet the high technical requirements of the TOP series are approved as TOP Transfer. TOP Transfer reference force transducers therefore exceed the requirements of the highest accuracy class (00) specified in ISO 376, in part by a factor of up to 10, and offer excellent repeatability.
