TB1A
TB1A reference torque transducer
The TB1A reference torque transducer has been developed for applications where the machine part with the mounted transducer does not rotate relative to the surrounding structure, or rotates in a small angular range (signal output from the transducer by a fixed cable).
The design of the force torque transducer using shear measuring elements is patented by HBM.
The design of the deformation component in the form of two coaxial circular flanges connected by radial shear elements has an extremely low built-in length and high resistance to overload by the measured quantity and parasitic influences (transverse force, axial force, bending moment).
Thanks to these features, the reaction torque of the drive, which is carried entirely by the encoder, can be measured, for example.
Another important feature of the encoder is the central hole of the encoder through which the axis of the mounted drive can pass.
Key features:
- Rated ranges: 100 Nm, 200 Nm, 500 Nm, 1 kNm, 2 kNm, 5 kNm and 10 kNm
- HBM accuracy class: 0.05
- Saves the axial length of the entire measuring assembly
- Highly resistant to transverse force, axial force, and bending moment
- High resistance to high amplitude cyclic stresses
