T4A torque transducer with ring collectors.

The main application of T4A sensors is metrological continuity to national torque standards.

The T4A sensors can be used in conjunction with a conventional screwdriver or a motorized tightener, but are not designed for measurement with an impact (pulse) tightener.

For the mechanical connection of tightening tools and attachments, the encoder is equipped with an internal square on the measuring side of the shaft and an external square on the drive side according to DIN3121.The ring collectors transmit the measuring signal and the power supply to the bridge on the rotor, any external strain gauge amplifier for the full bridge can be used.
