T40Lite torque sensor: Digital torque transducer optimized for end-of-line (EoL) test bench applications

The T40Lite is suitable for static and dynamic torque measurements. It is optimized for price/performance ratio and is particularly suitable for end-of-line applications. The integrated magnetic speed measurement system is integrated as standard and is ideal for NVH applications. It is therefore recommended for use with the Discom NVH system. The non-contact power supply and digital signal transmission allow reliable operation without the need for maintenance. The sensor is available as a standard stock product, ensuring shorter lead times.

• Linearity including hysteresis: 0.04 %
• Rated (nominal) torque: 50 N⋅m to 10 kN⋅m
• Speed measurement: 256 pulses per revolution

The T40Lite is available with speeds up to:

• 20 000 rpm for 50 N⋅m ... 1 kN⋅m
• 15 000 rpm for 2 and 3 kN⋅m
• 12 000 rpm for 5 kN⋅m
• 10 000 rpm for 10 kN⋅m
