T40FH
T40FH: Measurement of high torque force with a precision measuring flange.
The T40FH torque transducer is the first choice when measuring extremely large moments of force. It increases efficiency and productivity even in applications where very costly special equipment was previously required.
The T40FH version for rotating shafts is the ideal solution for ship propulsion test machines and, of course, anywhere in the industry. Because the rotary version has all measuring electronics built-in, the device is easy to apply and offers quickly available measurement results.
The version for non-rotating applications is intended mainly for for calibration purposes. It is a measuring flange fitted with a fixed output cable.
Nominal ranges are in the range of from 100kNm to 300kNm, maximum speed depends on the nominal range and ranges from 2000 to 3000 min-1. As an extension, a magnetic speed sensing system with 72/86 pulses per revolution can be ordered.
Benefits:
- Efficient and maintenance-free: The T40FH uses neither bearings nor ring collectors.
- Easy to use: rotary version includes built-in electronics with easy setup and quickly available results
- Reliable: uses features proven in the T40 family
