RM4220: Amplifier for strain gauge sensors with current output signal 4...20mA.

RM4220 is an amplifier for strain gauge sensors. Thanks to its simple mounting on standardized DIN rails, this amplifier is very easy to install or incorporate into an existing solution if required.

A snap-in terminal block is used for electrical connection. An individual strain gauge sensor or several load cells (> 80 Ohms) connected in parallel can be connected to the measuring amplifier.

This amplifier offers very simple and practical zero point and final value calibration using DIP switches and a potentiometer. The excitation voltage is selectable, i.e. 5 or 10 V. The output signal is 0...10V or +/-10V and 4...20mA.

Connection of strain gauges is possible in either 4 or 6 wire connection.

The polyamide PA housing type PHOENIX EM can be attached to the DIN EN rail (according to EN 50022).
