PW15PH: Hermetically encapsulated single point load cell.

The PW15PH hermetically sealed load cell is made of stainless steel and has a unique connector system. The connector contains a gland which is hermetically sealed to the sensor body and combined with a cable plug with a similar system, the highest possible IP68/IP69K rating has been achieved.

PW15PH single point meets the most demanding leak requirements, is easy to clean and very durable. It is therefore ideally suited for use in applications in the food industry.In addition, the connector system allows for quick sensor changes during maintenance.

This transducer is offered in capacities from 10kg up to 100kg and can be used up to platform sizes of 500x400mm. Its flexibility makes the encoder ideal for use in conventional production scales, bench scales, floor scales or conveyor scales, as well as in production systems and filling machines. The sensor has been certified by the German national metrology institute (PTB) and of course also complies with OIML R60.

There are two types of cables with connector:

• For IP67, PUR cable, lengths 5m, 20m
• For protection class IP68/IP69K, cable with hygienic outer sheath, lengths 3m, 6m
