PMX

PMX: Modular multichannel measuring system ready for production and test bench applications, also ready for IoT (Internet of Things) applications.

PMX is our accurate, reliable and flexible measuring instrument used for processing large volumes of data in multi-channel applications.

Data is processed and mediated via an industrial Ethernet interface. An easy-to-use web interface is available via a TCP/IP interface for diagnostics and setup.

Smaller automation tasks can be implemented directly via the internal Soft PLC in accordance with IEC-61131. It can also be used for IoT (Internet of Things) applications - e.g. remote diagnostics, web integration...

 

Precision

PMX Software

PMX WebServer: standardized software interfaces provide access to all device parameters for configuration, control and analysis. A completely new software and control technology, which is so far only known from smartphones and tablet PCs, has been used for the first time in test and measurement technology.

The PMX driver package allows integration into LabVIEW™ *, DIAdem *, MLab (sd.Solutions) or proprietary programs using the .NET API (C++, C#, VB.NET).


 

Two basic frames are available:

  • Basic wall-mount or DIN rail-mount device for 5 PMX modules for up to four measurement cards or two I/O modules and one real-time Ethernet module for industrial communication
  • Up to 16 measurement inputs with 24-bit A/D converter and 38.4kHz sampling rate per channel
  • 32 channels for real-time calculation with peak/trough values and mathematical and scientific functions
  • Short installation and test cycle times thanks to up to 1000 parameter sets/measurement programs stored in PMX
  • USB 2.0 interface
  • Integrated user interface with 3 levels (worker/service/administrator) password protected

  • Four-channel measuring module
  • For analog input signals and active sensors (voltage +/- 10V, current +/- 20mA)
  • Includes active sensor power supply and 1-wire-TEDS (sensor identification)
  • Also suitable for IEPE sensors (in conjunction with the optional EICP-B-x module)

 

 

 

PX455 - Strain gauge and inductance bridges in full-bridge and half-bridge connection, LDVT sensors, piezoresistive and potentiometric sensors, Pt100 (with completion resistor)PX455
  • HBM accuracy class: for full bridges 0.05, for half bridges 0.1
  • Four-channel measuring module
  • Including 0-Wire-TEDS (sensor identification)
  • In combination with SD01A Zener barriers, the sensors can be used as intrinsically safe devices in hazardous areas, measuring circuit type (Ex II (1) GD, [EEx ia]IIC).

  • For flange torque transducers (T10, T12, T40) for torque or speed measurement
    Channels 1 and 3: Frequency measurement
    Channels 2 and 4: Frequency (digital/inductive), counter, encoder, SSI, PWM (TMC protocol soon available)
  • Including double shunt calibration and double 1-Wire-TEDS (sensor identification)

 

 

PX878 - Multi-I/O module with digital and analog outputs

  • Eight digital inputs, eight digital outputs, five analog outputs (±10V).
  • I/O functions are freely configurable
  • Measuring channels or calculation channels can be transmitted via analogue signals
