The reliability of complex electronics in mobile or harsh environments is the result of experience gained through development and intensive testing. At HBK, we have ensured that mechanical durability and reliability testing based on mechanical stress measurements on printed circuit boards is as simple and fast as possible.

The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Test Set contains all the tools and accessories needed to measure mechanical stress on PCBs in accordance with IPC/JEDEC 9704, from strain gauges to a measurement control panel and data acquisition software that displays results in real time.

In addition to the corresponding pre-wired strain gauges and their installation aids, the kit includes a module QuantumX MX1615B and software Catman with a ready-to-use test project, including a pre-configured test certificate as a Microsoft Word report. The package includes annual software maintenance.

Simple and reliable measuring chain

The portable and easy-to-use PCB test set includes, in addition to the appropriate IPC/JEDEC 9704-compliant strain gauges and their installation aids, a QuantumX MX1615B bridge amplifier module and a measurement project ready for use in catman DAQ software to automatically generate a test report or certificate. From sensor to results: simply "plug and measure".
