PACEline CMC
CMC series piezoelectric measuring chains for capacities from 5 kN to 120 kN
The piezoelectric measuring chains of the CMC series are used in a variety of industrial production tasks and reliably convert measured forces to a 0 to 10 V signal. They are calibrated, which means that the measuring amplifier does not need to be adjusted and the relationship between the output signal in volts and the force measurement in newtons is clearly documented in the accompanying documents.
Typical of the piezoelectric principle, the sensors have a wide measuring range and reliably measure large and small forces - even at high initial loads. Measuring chains based on CFT variations with a capacity of 5 kN or 20 kN are calibrated to 100% and to 20% nominal forces, while all other CMC measuring chains are calibrated to 1%, 10% and 100% their nominal force values. The measurement ranges can be switched via a digital input on the charge amplifier; zeroing is triggered just as easily.
All piezoelectric force measurement chains in the CMC series consist of a pre-tensioned and calibrated sensor, a charging cable and a charging amplifier. The components can be combined freely and allow the measuring chain to be ideally adapted to the respective measuring task.
