PACEline CLP Piezoelectric subminiature measuring pads : For measuring forces from 3 kN to 80 kN

 

PACEline CLP piezoelectric pads have a very small height of 3 to 5 mm. They allow force measurement in places where standard force transducers cannot be installed. The sensors have an integrated cable (0.5 or 1 m long) and are a cost-effective way to make piezoelectric measurements.

 

Combination of CLP pads (measures in Fz direction) with different mounting directions for one or more sensors CSW (measuring in the Fy direction), very small measuring systems can be created for simultaneous measurement of forces in different directions.

Suitable for all standard screw connections from M2,5 to M14.

These piezoelectric miniature force washers are now available for all industry standard bolted connections from M2.5 to M14. These miniature force sensors can be installed in very small assemblies without the need to resize or modify bolt or stud connections.

 

Minimum space requirements

• Sensor heights are only 3 mm (CLP/3KN) to 5 mm (CLP/80KN)
• Outer diameter 12 mm to 36 mm
• Suitable for use in adverse EMC conditions
• Robust thanks to stainless steel materials and IP65 protection rating (among others thanks to integrated cable of various lengths).

 

Dynamic and wide measurement range

• Base frequency in the kHz range due to extremely rigid construction
• All CLP sensors have the same sensitivity
• Low drift and high quality
• The output signal depends only on the type of installation and the applied force.
