PACEline CFW: Force-measuring piezoelectric pads for manufacturing and experimental measurements with high demands on dynamics

PACEline CFW washers are highly reliable sensors that provide reliable results even in harsh industrial environments - they are EMC tested.

A careful and precise manufacturing process ensures minimal non-linearity, resulting in a wide measurement range from a few Newtons to kilo Newtons. The very high stiffness guarantees a high natural frequency, making the sensor ideal for fast processes in research and production. The internal diameters of the force gauge are in line with industry standards, so easy integration is guaranteed. HBM provides tensioning kits for PACEline CFW sensor biasing.
