P3MBP BlueLine

The HBM P3MBP BlueLine absolute pressure transducer with an exceptionally long service life and very high accuracy is the optimal choice for testing machines.

A rated range of up to 15,000bar makes the P3MBP BlueLine pressure transducer unique in the world.

The P3MBP monolithic gauge body provides excellent performance even in the maximum pressure range:

• Tolerates high cyclic stresses well, e.g.: 5000bar range: usually can withstand more than 10 million load cycles.
• Reliable even when using 0 to 120% of the nominal sensor range.
• Protection IP 67, corrosion resistant
• High precision - e.g. in the nominal range up to 5000bar the accuracy class is 0.2
• On request, it can be supplied as a measuring chain together with high-precision measuring amplifier, e.g. MGCplus ML30 in accuracy class 0.03 or MGCplus ML38, in accuracy class 0.0025.

Peak Pressure Measurement with HBM

Construction P3MBP sensors is a patent of HBM. Such high pressures can only be measured using foil strain gauges. Shape monolithic gauge body is adjusted as required and assembled in the last production step.
