Genesis Highspeed - high-speed data acquisition system with sampling rates up to 250MS/s

Your modular platform for fast measurement of electrical and mechanical parameters. Transient recorder, data logger and data acquisition system all in one. Build your own configuration consisting of a frame, data acquisition input cards and Perception software.

Also available: equipment with signal conditioning for all commonly used sensors and optical isolated digitizers for signal acquisition, even in the high-voltage range.

HBM provides the entire measurement chain for electrical power testing - from electrical machine testing to high voltage testing and complex inverter measurement in the automotive, land and aerospace industries as well as in the manufacturing, production and power generation industries.

System eDrivebased on Genesis HighSpeed DAQ, will be at the heart of your success:

• up to 51 channels of electrical quantities and up to 6 channels of torque, equipped with our best torque converters. In addition, temperature, CAN and vibration signals will be recorded in a single system.
• eDrive not only displays "efficiency", but also helps to understand the whole drive and improve efficiency.
• The eDrive can display (like an oscilloscope) and store huge amounts of raw data in real time over extended periods of time (like a DAQ).

Material tests

There are different types of high-speed material tests such as Drop tests, Impact tests, Split Hopkinson bar tests, Crash tests or Explosion and Ballistic tests. They all have in common that they reproduce extreme events and have to be perfect as they often cannot be reproduced due to high costs.

Your Genesis HighSpeed DAQ system consists of three components:

• Frame: The backbone of your system. This can be a frame with an integrated Windows PC with a touch screen. They are the right choice for portable or desktop use in the form of tools. Or you can use a mainframe to be used alone or with a PC connected via Ethernet. Perfect for fixed installations.
  You can also link multiple frames together.
• Input cards:Depending on your requirements, you can select and combine input cards for your application.
• Designed for fast and reliable processing of large amounts of data, Perception software is ideal for high-speed data collection. If you need to use your own software - no problem, Genesis HighSpeed hardware can be easily integrated into your own software.
