The BN100A bridge calibration unit is a high precision calibrator for calibrating measuring equipment and measuring chains that operate with a carrier
at a frequency of 225 Hz. The BN100A is primarily used to calibrate the DMP40 and DMP40S2 digital precision instruments.

The BN100A bridge calibration unit is inserted into the measurement system to be calibrated instead of a transducer (full bridge) or connected directly to the measuring instrument and simulates the sensor output signals within ±100mV/V using switchable inductive dividers.

The unique accuracy of the inverter signal simulation is provided by the control circuit, which also reduces the low error of the inductive divider stages to a large extent. The full accuracy of the BN100A becomes effective only when connected to a six-wire circuit. The calibration error will then be a maximum of 5ppm with a 2mV/V signal.
